The Vowels Phonics Song for Children (Tune of BINGO - AEIOU).
Objective:
The distinguishing the differences between the English vowels can be one of the most difficult tasks for someone studying the English language. This song is designed to help students remember each vowel sound and know how they are associated with different words.
How to use:
Let the student listen to and sing this song a few times before trying to explain it. Once the student is familiar with the song you can pause the song during the different words to help the student realize that the vowel sound for "a" is the same sound as when they say "apple." Once a student can associate each sound with a word, it is much easier for them to remember what the sound is.
